DE dreadlocks are like a long dreadlock that's folded in the middle.

SE dreadlocks are a dreadlock that has a loop at the top. Which makes it possible to pull the hair through and then make a braid to attach it.
Before washing it's best to remove any temporary dread jewellery.
Wash your scalp/hair once a week or every other week with a silicone & sulphate free shampoo.

You can just sleep how you normally do. using a satin night cap is the perfect way to help protect your dreads and minimise frizz.
